Vintage Wedding Theme Fashion:
The vintage wedding theme style is one of the trends we are now seeing in 2012. I particularly love this theme. Although the Bride is in White or Off White, the classic look of vintage gowns is elegant, and I personally love the idea of having the brides maids in similar neutral tones. This is a perfect theme for using couture fashion. The lace, the ruffles, and the broches. This look makes it feel like you are attending a royal affair.
Vintage Wedding Theme Flowers:
The wedding flower bouquets also carry special vintage touches, some brides like to incorporate a broche on the handle for the bridesmaids bouquets to add a vintage look, besides also using neutral flowers and in some cases lace and even feathers.
Vintage Wedding Theme Decor:
One way to add a classic Vintage look to your table is primarily the centerpiece, and you can do this by incorporating the flower arrangements on candelabras. There are a lot of different styles, my favorite for this theme is the glass, however if you prefer you use silver. Another added touch of vintage using Glass Charger Plates with the silver bottons on the rim of the charger plate, and placing the napkin decorated with a vintage broach.
Vintage Wedding Theme Invitations:
Not only can you incorporate your vintage theme into your invitations, you can also do this with your place cards, and table numbers. Simple classic and elegant invitation can be a vintage invitation by simply wrapping a 2 inch ribbon on the middle of the invitation and a vintage broach on the middle of the ribbon. For place-cards you can use rhinestone vintage frames with the guests name and table number. The Table numbers can be done using calligraphy and placing on 5X7 vintage rhinestone frames.
